You're Designated On the Ground Concierge will provide a white glove approach to all your Jet Dining needs. Our specialized Concierges offer detailed Menu Planning, Allergy + Dietary guidance, will curate your provisions lists, and will initiate status communication and general On The Ground Support.
Available via Text, Email or Phone, these Concierges will give you boots on the ground while in-flight.

Select off our Jet Chef Menus or submit a custom request, either way you Chef Concierge team will work to curate a perfect menu!
Once you have selected your menu, your chef will work closely with our sourcing department to come up with your personal ingredient list. Chefs collect and "shop" for all of the specialty ingredients for your meal from our private provisions facility the day of your service and complete the cooking in our Commercial Chef Kitchen and pack up your order for delivery
It is our mission to provide the highest quality of local ingredients guaranteeing consistent quality and offering you a true farm-to-table experience. Our Provisions Chef Kitchen is only filled with in-season, organic (or farmed with organic practices) vegetables hand selected from local farms. Our small-batch meats are humanely pasture raised, grass-fed and finished, hormone free and sustainable. Our wild caught fish is delivered daily from the dock to our private provisions kitchen on the day of your service.
